We currently ship to addresses within the Philippines. We are working on expanding our shipping services to international locations in the future.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Peak Periods: During peak seasons or sale events, order processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Metro Manila: ₱100
    • Provincial Areas: ₱150
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • Metro Manila: ₱200
    • Provincial Areas: ₱250

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₱1,500 within the Philippines.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website or the courier’s tracking page to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Times

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days for express shipping, 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
  • Provincial Areas: 3-5 business days for express shipping, 5-7 business days for standard shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and courier delays.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. If any restrictions apply, they will be noted on the product page.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable due to incorrect address information, absence of the recipient, or refusal of the package, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
