I started wearing it with a shirt and now I’m to the point where I can wear it without a shirt and within a few minutes I normally use it right before bed so I can calm my body and I can sleep a little easier and it really has helped my insomnia and to relax my tension, and I can feel less of those knots on my back and feel less tension on my back. Feels like it is it’s great and compact so I slide it under my bed when I am done and it was also a great price which you can’t beat.

I don't know if it relieves pain or improve organ functions as some may claim, but I will say that laying on this thing is relaxing and stress relieving for whatever reason. Naturally, it will really hurt when I first began but I've adapted to it and the pain isn't as bad. The quality is decent for the price.

I wasn't sure if this would help with my lingering sciatica and related pain, but after trying it, I have to say that I am impressed. I tried it first in a chair for my back, then lying on the floor with the mat on my thigh area. I had to find the right position and get used to the sharp initial pressure points, but stuck with it (no pun intended) and I could feel the difference after 15-20 minutes. There was an ease in the sharpness of pain I had been feeling and I felt more flexible.

I have fibromyalgia and have spent hundreds of dollars on various pain remedies throughout the years. Most things haven't really helped, including physical therapy -- the only thing that would provide relief was Tylenol and scalding hot showers. This mat appears to be invented by a sadist and it definitely hurts, but with regular use my pain has become much, much better. It also helps relieve pain when it happens, but I've found it to be more useful in reducing pain generally.

This little mat is very powerful. I tried to use with just a shirt and felt nothing. I laid on it with a sports bra and could definitely feel it. It was slightly uncomfortable at first, but after reading reviews I knew I just had to hang with it for a few minutes until I got the relief. It definitely came. After laying on this mat, I stretched with my foam roller and felt so much relief from the pinched nerve.

Anytime I feel upset or dysregulated I go to the mat! I’ll lay my back on it, stand my feet on it, or press my hands into it and those little spikes press into my skin and my body releases a waves of relaxing hormones! It’s like a body hack. I think everyone should have one.
And if you’re neurodivergent, I’d say it’s a necessity!
Plus the little pillow is comes with is nice even tho I don’t use it as often as the main mat.

I found the first use of this mat and neck pillow to be so much better than I'd have imagined. the first few minutes felt like my back was on fire and then that goes away completely. It said that beginners should try for 10 minutes duration. I laid naked on it for 20 minutes and felt light as a feather when I got off of it. Getting on and off is the most painful part of it, but if you're considering this, I recommend it. I felt endorphin-saturated for a couple of hours afterward.

I kept my shirt on but it felt comfortable while I layed back on it in bed for quite a while. I've only had it a few days but I've used it several times & look forward to it. Definitely will felt a difference on the first day, more aware, more energetic. Migraine left after using it. So it's now something I use on a regular basis. Quality of this product is good too, durable.

The pillow I can take or leave, it does help relax the muscles on the back of my head and neck if I have a headache. The mat relieves my sore muscles after working a long shift and it is so relaxing. Took a while to get used to, but now I lay on it and after about 15 minutes I get so sleepy, I have to remind myself not to fall asleep on it. It works best on the floor, but I also put it on the bed and it’s less intense but still helps a lot.

So much relief from this it's crazy, the pillow is so firm too, my old one the pillow was so soft I had to put a contoured roller under it to work, this you have zero issues like that.

My husband has a lot of muscle tension and anxiety. I got this for him hoping it would help him. He thought it was ridiculous but after trying it with his shirt off he loves it. There are expensive versions of this mat, but this one works just fine, so I was happy to be able to give it a try for an affordable price.
