The pillow I can take or leave, it does help relax the muscles on the back of my head and neck if I have a headache. The mat relieves my sore muscles after working a long shift and it is so relaxing. Took a while to get used to, but now I lay on it and after about 15 minutes I get so sleepy, I have to remind myself not to fall asleep on it. It works best on the floor, but I also put it on the bed and it’s less intense but still helps a lot.

He said it's a little uncomfortable when you first lay on it, but then it feels fine. It actually did help his back feel better. I actually bought this on our way home. Don't let the way it looks scare you off, it doesn't hurt and actually helps.

So much relief from this it's crazy, the pillow is so firm too, my old one the pillow was so soft I had to put a contoured roller under it to work, this you have zero issues like that.
Longest 20 minutes of my life but my god do I sleep so much better and have so much relief from this.

My husband has a lot of muscle tension and anxiety. I got this for him hoping it would help him. He thought it was ridiculous but after trying it with his shirt off he loves it. There are expensive versions of this mat, but this one works just fine, so I was happy to be able to give it a try for an affordable price. I will probably be buying the more advance version in the future.
