  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

5. Exchanges
